MindFuel cultivates a robust STEM innovation pipeline that integrates technical skills with human-centered design, anchored in sustainable value models. Our goal is to accelerate real-world solutions and viable prototypes that make the world a better place. Empowering the next generation of innovators: the Tech Futures Challenge invites youth to tackle real-world sustainability issues through STEM and emerging technologies. Teams embark on a fast-paced innovation journey to design and build a Minimum Viable Prototype (MVP) that materializes ideas into lasting impact.

Through guidance, encouragement, and support to Tech Futures Challenge participants and the program, prototype mentors have the opportunity to:

• share critical knowledge and skills often unavailable in regular school environments
• be role models and share insights and experiences about STEM careers and pathways
• contribute to student projects and causes that resonate with them
• further their own specialty areas and technologies
• develop their own knowledge and skills by teaching others
